WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL
For your event in SENTIANA, the venue can only be booked in advance
by concluding a rental contract and making a downpayment to confirm the reservation.
The rental price includes the exclusive use of the following facilities:
- an event hall of approximately 100m2 with a view on all 4 sides
- paved outdoor terraces in front of the hall with an additional about 70 m2
- tables and chairs in the hall, along with chair cushions
(tables and chairs are of massive wood and can be used both indoors and outdors;
there are up to 115 chairs at the property - if more are needed, those should be ordered from caterers)
- up to 6 bar tables
- special lighting options in-built in the hall
- deco curtains for all sides of the hall
- premium fireplace in the hall with equipment and wood
- spacious exclusively decorated women's and men's sanitary facilities
- complete sanitary facilities including paper and soap
- kitchen appliances: 2 refrigerators, stove, sink, dishwasher, inox working table
- outdoor grill and, if desired, "peka"
- open hearth, with associated wood sitting
- wood for fireplace and/or hearth if needed
- outdoor deck chairs, lounge chairs and small tables for outside spaces
- large sunbrellas for the terraces
- wooden garden arbor of about 10m2
- children's playground with a large trampoline, slides, swings, climber, sandbox, playhouse..
- sports field equipped with goals
- car parking near the hall
- spacious lawns and meadows around the hall for enjoying and relaxing in the nature.

The rental price also includes the following:
- final cleaning of the hall and of the rest of the building and estate
(except for food&drink related cleaning, which is in domain of the caterers).
The ranch also has its own forest, spacious lawns and eco orchards - so these facilities are also available for walks and relaxation,
as well as the organization of various theme activities.

NEW: An infinity pool has recently been built on SENTIANA. It will be operational from the Spring 2025.
All our offers sent after 01.01.2025. already include use of the pool for outisde photos, relaxation nearby etc.,
while in case you would like to use the option to enter or swim in the pool, there is a surcharge.

Optionally, for an additional fee, it is possible to use extended rental options with selected extra items such as:
- garden cottage of 8m2
- loudspeaker with microphone
-tablecloths
- dining set: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery
- large water heater
- additional chairs - e.g. separate chairs for a ceremony at the open
- special approvals - e.g. for fireworks
- additional coordination time or preparation time on the ranch (outside of rental period) if so agreed.
RENTAL DURATION

For WEDDINGS chose between:
a) standard duration of rental from 11:00 till 03:00 or b) prolonged duration from 11:00 till 07:00 (10% surcharge in this case) or c) multiple days rental with adequate surcharge. |
For OTHER EVENTS chose between:
a) standard duration of rental from 11:00 till 24:00 or b) prolonged duration from 11:00 till 04:00 (10% surcharge in this case) or c) extra long duration from 11:00 till 07:00 (15% surcharge in this case) or d) multiple days rental with adequate surcharge. |

SENTIANA rental conditions include the following:
- The space can be reserved only in advance, by concluding a contract and paying an advance to confirm the reservation.
- In case of cancellation of the rental, the advance payment paid so far will not be refunded.
- There are no sleeping facilities or apartments within the space, but
there are a number of attractive accommodation options nearby that we can recommend.
- SENTIANA is intended for exclusive events, socializing and finer celebrations in harmony with the natural environment,
while any wild, overly unbridled celebrations or gatherings are not allowed.
- Before the start of the event, a security deposit is given, which is returned after the event if there is no damage
- When staying at SENTIANA, guests are required to adhere to the applicable house rules,
so guests are kindly requested to familiarize themselves in advance with the house rules, which are available for download on this page*
*Contractual documentation and house rules are available in Croatian language,
while guests who do not understand Croatian language should make sure to obtain their own translation.

The price of renting SENTIANA depends on the date, day of the week, type and duration of the event, number of guests…
(minimum rental fee is 600 EUR, while actual rental fee depends on your event's characteristics).
